Blake Edwards has been a man behind the scenes for quite some time. His CIP label was putting out Joe Colley discs when most kids were still mispronouncing Merzbow. In fact, CIP and GMBY have been on similar wavelengths for so long I thought it was about time to ask Mr. Edwards to contribute something to the catalog.

"Facing Leinth" is one of Vertonen's mellowest outings in quite some time. No turntable abuse, no chains or scrap metal, just pulsating waves and composed noise of the highest order. It's a long ride on a dark train to thevery end of the line. Fans of his Ground Fault disc "The Ocean is Gone..." will definitely enjoy this.

CDR edition of 100 with covers made using various black & purple Japanese papers/prints.
